Which one do you like?

I designed this card last night thinking it would be fun to design, print, and send out my own Christmas photo cards this year instead of my usual paper craft scrapbook-style cards. However, I can't decide on a couple of design choices and thought I would call upon my readers and artsy-fartsy friends to give me an opinion.

Of course this card isn't quite finished. I need to add our names and the month and year, but I'm waiting until I have the layout solidified. I'm trying to decide if I like a color photo or black and white, the overall color scheme, and where to place the wording on my card.

What one do you think 'flows' the best?

A

B

C

D

Vote in my sidebar now! And, if you vote, please leave me a comment explaining why you chose the one you did. Thanks!

I really like D. I like the black and white as well as how the flourishes and writing is placed. Cute card!

I like B because the color is great and goes with the colors of the card well. I also like the way the words aren't covering your little girl up.

What a cute picture, Julie! My definite preference is "A". I think the color is much happer for a Christmas card and I like the way the flourishes are not surrounding every side of the picture. Seems cleaner to me that way! Hope you're all well and happy!

I guess C is out, huh? The other three are tied right now. I went with A too. I prefer the color. Like Tamara said, it's more cheery and I like the cleaner look.

I plan on designing our Christmas cards too, but as usual, I procrastinated and just got my cousin to do our family pics last weekend so I'm still waiting on her to get them to me.
