Due Date, Schmoo Date

I'm having Déjà vu all over again.

My "due" date came and went yesterday.

Seriously...you'd think I could have one of my children on or before my due date. But, whatever! Kalli was six days late and Grant was two days late. I should be used to it, but it is still a lesson in patience for me. Oh, and not to mention, kind of annoying. But, again, whatever!

I still have a lot of pain in my crotch (I like to say that I am a member of the Broken Crotch Club), but I haven't had any serious contractions begin yet. I really haven't had any signs of labor beginning, other than the fact that it seems like I can feel my pelvis and other parts splitting like the Grand Canyon. (I know, TMI, but I don't think any men read my blog, so I should be okay).

My one request is that since I have to wait the entire term to deliver a baby, I think it should only be fair that when things start happening, it should happen quick and be over fast. That's not too much to ask, right?

sorry, I know that being late really...well, sucks!! Before my due date came I was always thinking "its not an actual "due" date...it could anywhere around there" but when it actually came, i expected it to happen before or on that day, later was unacceptable...i went crazy. anyways, hopefully soon!! let me know when he or she comes, so I can bring you dinner! :)
