This year, however, she waited patiently to sit on his lap and just walked right in and climbed up on him. She didn't have a fear in the world. She asked him to bring her snacks and candy for Christmas. Sounds pretty simple to me.
I was able to get this picture, which turned out okay given I'm using a crappy camera!
Good news on the camera front, though! It looks like my husband is going to spoil me for Christmas this year. He bought me a new, beautiful Digital Single-Lens Reflex camera, and I am waiting patiently for it to arrive in the mail before Christmas.
It's a Canon XSI! Lucky, lucky (and spoiled) me!!!

I hope you love your camera! The only thing I wish about mine is that I had time to take classes to learn how to use all those buttons properly. The manual helps, but it's about as thick as the English Dictionary and I have a hard time learning that way! I'm sure you'll do tons better with it than I did, though! Then maybe you could teach me? That'd be fun! They look like fairly similar cameras to me...maybe not?

It's a good thing Jader's Christmas wish is so inexpensive, to offset the camera! Zack has been wanting one of those, he'll be so jelous when I tell him. Merry Christmas to you!
