Give her cranberry juice. I can't remember why. Make sure she is going to the bathroom regularly (once every 2 hours). No bubble baths and mild laundry detergent. Good luck.
I thought Allee had a UTI for a couple of summers but my pediatrician told me that her urine was just concentrated and to have her drink more water and milk than she usually does. We even went throught lots of catheters and there was never a problem,so it could just be that her pee is concentrated.
I used to get them all the time when I was little. I was told if you think it's a UTI you need to go in to a doctor to make sure it's not getting into the kidneys. The cranberry juice thing helps A LOT and I actually take concentrated cranberry "pills" to get rid of mine faster now that I can. Bubble bath is what caused it when I was little...or sitting in the tub after I had been washed. I now hate baths for that very reason. So now... you have to let us know how she's doing!
