Now that summer is here, I wanted to share my favorite smoothie recipe. It's new to me, and I've been loving it!
It's easy and delicious!
1/2 banana, frozen and quartered
1/2 C. soymilk (can use milk)
1/4 C. yogurt (use plain or vanilla)
1 T. peanut butter
1/2 C. fresh spinach (you can't taste this, I promise!)
2 T ovaltine (optional)
3-4 ice cubes (optional)
Blend and enjoy!

This sounds so good. We love smoothies with so many different things in them, so we're definitely going to try this one. I'll let you know what we think!

Did you give up on your blog or what? I expect you to post more often than this. I'm sure the smoothies are delicious, but really...new post. :)
I have to tell you that I made it, didn't have yogurt the first time, can't believe we ran out of such an essential, but it was still good. I made it three more times in 2 days I think. Is it possible to crave green smoothies, cause I think I'm addicted?! Thanks for sharing such a good thing!
