I have been enjoying this Bosch Universal Mixer. I found it on Craigslist, and the seller was willing to ship it to me from Idaho.It's an older model, but it is working beautifully, and is worth every penny.
The day it arrived in the mail I made three loaves of bread. The next day, I made three more loaves.
Seriously. The best bread ever! This machine has revolutionized my bread making. It is so delicious!! My bread, and this machine!
Now, I just need to start baking and selling bread to pay for the machine.

Oh dang we forgot to look at mine to see if they were the same...but you know what, mine looks the exact same. How fun...and seriously I am dying for you to teach me some bread making skills....so excited!!!
I decided no on the Kitchenaid...I want one, but I think I want a red or a black one.
Did you paint your walls green? You should bake me a loaf of bread.

Hey Julie, I have been not very good at keeping up with your blog lately! LOVE your mixer! I have an old Bosch too that I got at a garage sale for $7. I love it and use it all the time. Those things last forever!
