Most of you know that my husband is a computer guy, and thus the tech bug has bitten all of us. All three of them were sitting at the kitchen table looking at their laptops. Austin is using my Dell Mini, Kalli has her own Compaq, and Grant is using Kalli's toy laptop (aV-tech; which she thinks is inferior because she knows how to run a real computer better than her grandparents).
Not only do we have our own laptops (even Austin has one, not pictured), but I have my own desktop in my craft room with dual (two) monitors. And, Austin has his own computer (which Kalli hijacks most of the time) with dual (two 22") monitors in the family room. We have no lack or want in the tech department.
With that said, I am trying to make a conscience effort to spend less time on the computer. This is hard, since I'm trying to start a business that is computer based. But, I've cut back on blogging, browsing, and general computer use. It's been a good change.

What a great picture! You are a thoroughly modern family. I'm really glad Austin is so tech savvy, his talents have really helped us out a bunch the past few weeks. Will would love to have computer to play with (we try to keep him away from ours because things don't seem to work well after he's been around it). Would you recommend the aV-Tech as a good place to start?
We love having two monitors too. I honestly don't know how people do anything without dual monitors. I would go completely crazy! I also like to hook the laptop up to the 46 inch TV screen in our family room. Now that is a big monitor! I love having a tech savvy husband too but I will admit it can be costly at times!
WOW! You guy's have alot of computers. We have one laptop! That is all - and no cell phones. We are so out of the loop. Emily
You guys do have a problem! That is too funny. Sounds like when I go visit my mom- everyone sits in the living room working on their laptops (well not working really, more like playing). Kind of anti-social (not you guys, but my brothers). Haven't seen you in a while- hope things are going well for you guys!
