Plum Jelly and Homemade Fruit Leather

I canned eight pints of plum jelly last week. Yum!

After I cooked the plums in my juicer/steamer for the juice to make the jelly, I had some pulp left. I decided to mix the pulp with some applesauce and some Black Cherry Jell-O powder to make  my own fruit roll ups. They were yummy, and the children loved them.

I just followed this recipe that I found online a couple of years ago. I've made a lot of different varieties, but this one is one of my favorites.
