Eight weeks left! Wa-hoo! But.....
...Did you know that I currently weigh what I should weigh when I am 40 weeks and ready to deliver a baby?
Totally depressing.
I have 8 weeks left to gain more weight and am totally dreading it. This is what happens when pregnant and having limited mobility. Hate it! I have never experienced such a lack of physical activity in my life and it is driving me crazy. Having this knee injury while being pregnant has been one of the hardest trials of my life. It is up there in the top three, for sure.
I am frustrated because I feel like I have been doing everything I should to avoid more injury, and yet, doing little things around the house can cause injury. On Saturday, I was kneeling at the fridge, cleaning it out, and I tore my meniscus even more while trying to stand up from kneeling. Talk about going to a dark place immediately. I knew that the next two weeks of my life would be a painful hell, and I can't do anything about it.
Enough complaining, though. I am super excited to meet this baby and then to get my knee fixed. I look forward to getting my life back on track and living the way I am accustomed to and doing the things I love...sports, riding bike, walking, etc...
I've put together some fun polls, and I want to see what you think.
Do you think we are having a boy or girl?
What do you think about the names we are considering?
Leave your opinion in the poll, and leave me a comment.

I think some of us women just can't help gaining weight when pregnant. I gained as much with my 2 singleton babies as I did with my twins. My body must have thought that was the right amount, though my doctor and I both thought it was too much!
Sorry about your knee injury. You should just take it easy and make everyone pamper you. Easier said than done I know.
Boo! Bad news on knee problems. So sorry to hear. This will pass soon....
don't worry so much about the weight. Once you get moving again it will come right off. You are too active to let it sit there and make itself at home.
I think I still have my bassinett from Kristin if you want it. It is sweet, and white and worked great for her!
I vote boy. It is fun having 2 boys close together.
