Favorite Breakfast

I've been meaning to share this recipe with my readers since April. Sorry for being a slacker.
This recipe is for Baked Oatmeal and it is a favorite in our house. On top of the oatmeal, we add a layer of applesauce, vanilla yogurt, granola and top with a little bit of whipped cream. Yummy!

Baked Oatmeal

3 C Quick Oats
3/4 C Brown Sugar
2 ts. Baking Powder
1 ts. Cinnamon
1 ts. Salt
1 C Milk
1/2 C Butter (melted-don't use less)
2 Eggs

Melt Butter. Combine ingredients. Pour into 9x9 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Don't double recipe.

Serve with applesauce, yogurt and granola.
