Grant's Pants

A funny thing happened the other day.

I had noticed that Kalli changed her pants mid-afternoon (not sure why) and I didn't recognize the pants she put on. They looked like Capris, but not like any pair that she owned. They weren't girly enough.

So, I asked her to come closer to me so I could check her pants out, by this time thinking she must be wearing a pair of Grant's pants, even though I really didn't think she could get them on and buttoned.

But, sure enough, she was wearing a pair of Grant's 18 month pants, and they totally fit her like a pair of Capris. I started laughing. She didn't think it was funny that she was wearing Grant's pants.

I shouldn't have been so surprised though, because she is so skinny through the hips and waist. They only reason she is wearing a size 5-6 right now (though she is only 4) is for the length.

She cracks me up. Except for when she is talking back. Then she is not so funny.
