I wanted to share a recipe that I have been loving lately. I have made it three times (two nights in a row) since late-December.
Baked Teriyaki Chicken
The chicken ends up being so soft and delicious, and is really versatile after it has been cooked. I have served the chicken over rice, in chicken tacos, and also just as a main dish with potatoes and roasted veggies.
Super yummy!
